Anybody here a lover of sports? I sure am, I am so excited to tell you all a little bit of myself! I enjoy softball, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. These activities not only keep me physically fit, but they allow me to clear my mind and relieve stress. It is important to include physical activities into daily routines for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Don't you agree? I try to be consistently physical and what helps me is playing sports with my friends! I am especially fond of softball! The fast paced game with my teammates made it so exciting.
Aside from sports, I have a passion for baking. Ever since I became a mom it's not only a hobby but it's a way I can express my love to my son. My favorite part is when he's helping me in the kitchen measuring the flour and learning how to crack an egg. Core memory for us because we're always going to remember that! The joy on my son's face makes the hard recipes worth it.
Besides baking, my biggest joy in life is being a parent to my son. Being a mother has taught me so much patience, selflessness , and unconditional love. However it is a big responsibility and lots of sleepless nights. Since I am a full time college student and a full time mom it is extremely difficult to maintain my sanity! Just kidding.. According to Kripke it is important that mothers take care of their physical and mental health to ensure that their children are healthy, as well. I agree, I try to stay on top of my mental health because it maintains a healthy and balanced life for my family. Due to this I'm starting to do yoga early in the mornings to get my mind right and I prioritize it everyday!
To wrap things up, I hope everyone is prioritizing their mental and physical health because it is extremely worth it!
