Boost your mood and help improve your physical health. As stated by Ashley i agree, The thought of making my bed in the morning always puts me in a happy mood and already feel accomplished. When you go to sleep at night, Do you have a pile of clothes you shove over the bed when you lay down? or Is your desk full of unorganized papers? As soon as you wake up your going to overwhelm yourself before you can even get up. So it is very important you take this seriously and try getting organized!
This motivated me to clean my room! I always feel extra lazy when my living space is piled up with clutter. I get especially stressed trying to do homework with a messy room!
